Mpoasia Platform Terms and Conditions of Use

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the MPOASIA platform — whether via web browser, mobile app, or any other device — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions in this document, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of this agreement.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the mpoasia platform. Continued use of the platform after any amendments to the terms are published will be deemed as your acceptance of those amended terms.

To use the mpoasia platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

Mpoasia supports a variety of payment methods tailored for players in Malaysia, including local bank transfers, DuitNow, and eWallets such as Touch 'n Go. All financial transactions are protected with 256-bit SSL encryption.

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits vary depending on the selected payment method
• The bank account holder's name must match the registered mpoasia account name.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to anti-money laundering policies.

• Mpoasia is not responsible for delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment providers.

Withdrawal of bonuses or bonus winnings is subject to wagering requirements being met first. Bonus balances with unfulfilled wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn as cash.

Mpoasia offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each offer comes with specific terms that should be read and understood before acceptance. The following general principles apply to all bonuses:

• All bonuses have a wagering requirement that must be met before withdrawal.

All game results are final. Any technical disputes arising during gameplay will be investigated and resolved by MPOASIA's technical team. Decisions made by MPOASIA in resolving any dispute are final and binding.

• Players are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection while playing.
• Connection interruptions during an active game do not automatically void the wager
• Betting limits per game may change at MPOASIA's discretion
• MPOASIA reserves the right to cancel any game in the event of a significant technical error

Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities on the mpoasia platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to the relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether using your own identity or another person's.
• Using automation software, bots, or any third-party programs to play.
• Conducting any form of money laundering through the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes
• Exploiting any bugs or system vulnerabilities for unfair advantage.
• Abusing bonuses in a manner inconsistent with the intent of the promotion.
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you.

Collected data is used solely for account management, identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, and service improvement. MPOASIA will not sell or share your personal data with third parties without your consent, except as required by law or regulatory obligations.

To the extent permitted by law, mpoasia shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Service disruptions due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance
• Failures or delays caused by factors beyond MPOASIA's control (force majeure)
• Losses resulting from the player's own disclosure of login credentials
• Actions by third parties such as hackers or cyber attackers that could not have been anticipated.
• Fair game outcomes based on certified RNG

MPOASIA's maximum liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the total net deposits made by the player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Mpoasia reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of a breach of these terms or for legitimate operational reasons. Players may also request the closure of their own account at any time.

• Valid balances (not subject to any dispute or investigation) will be returned to the player
• Bonuses and wins obtained through fraudulent activity will be forfeited
• Account self-closure for self-exclusion purposes can be done through the account settings section.
• Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months are subject to our inactive account policy

Mpoasia is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide a range of self-control tools that players can use to better manage their gaming habits:

• Self-configurable daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits
• Loss limits for a specified time period
